1. Order Cancellation

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Returns policy.

2. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason, including defects, damages, or dissatisfaction with the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, including all tags and labels.
To start the return process, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with further instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. We may request photos of the item for verification.
We will provide instructions on returning the damaged product, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

When will I receive my order?
