Order Processing and Shipping Time
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you with order details once processing is complete.
Shipping Time (Domestic):
After processing, domestic orders are shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, Delivery may take between 7 days. We aim to ensure timely deliveries.
Delays:
Unforeseen situations such as public holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays may occasionally affect shipping times. If delays occur, we will keep you informed.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. The cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping speed.
Tracking Information:
Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email so you can monitor the progress of your order.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
Shipping Time (International):
Delivery may take between 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs clearance.
Customs and Duties:
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
Shipping Charges:
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and size.
Tracking:
Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all products except customized items, subject to the following conditions:
COD is available only for orders above ₹2000. Orders below this value are not eligible for COD.
A 10% advance payment of the total product price is required for all COD orders.
After receiving a COD order request, our team will reach out via phone within 1–2 business days to confirm the order.
If the customer does not answer the confirmation call, we will make three additional attempts (calls and WhatsApp messages). If there is still no response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Customization and COD
For customized products, COD is available only under the following conditions:
If the order value is below ₹1999, COD is not applicable.
If the order value is ₹1999 or above, COD is available with a 10% advance payment of the product price.
