At Samvaachyam, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined the following refund and cancellation policies to assist you.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at support@samvaachyam.com or by calling +91-9016438147.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Returns policy.

2. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason, including defects, damages, or dissatisfaction with the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, including all tags and labels.
To start the return process, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with further instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. We may request photos of the item for verification.
We will provide instructions on returning the damaged product, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

When will I receive my order?

Once payment is received, it takes us approximately 2–3 business days to package your order and prepare it for shipment. After dispatch, the shipment usually reaches you within 2–3 days.

Which shipping companies do you work with?

We ship orders within India and internationally using FedEx, DHL, Delhivery, or DTDC—whichever is fastest for your location.

Do you accept custom orders?

Do custom orders take longer to process?

Custom orders do require additional time, but we typically dispatch them within one week.

Do you offer color customization?

All our designs come with a black matte powder-coated finish. However, if you would like a different color, please contact us with your preferences. Color customization is available for an additional charge.

What if the design I want is out of stock?

While we strive to keep all designs in stock, some items may occasionally be unavailable. If your desired design is out of stock, please wait a few days or contact us at support@samvaachyam.com

so we can expedite the restocking process.
